Board-Certified Ophthalmologist with three decades of experience.
“I became fascinated with the whole visual process as a young child because my father was blind in one eye. I wanted to grow up and be able to help people with vision problems. It was during my senior year of high school that I decided to pursue a career in ophthalmology. After earning my medical degree at the McGill University School of Medicine, I completed many years of advanced training, including a residency in Ophthalmology at Georgetown University Medical Center.
“When I started practicing in 1983, my goal was to provide patients with accurate diagnosis and effective treatment of eye disease
. Today, I'm proud to say that I've upheld these standards by offering the very latest advances in my field. In addition, you'll feel confident knowing that I am board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
“Finally, I believe that you deserve highly personalized, one-on-one care... every step of the way. That's why I will thoroughly explain your condition and your treatment options in simple, easy-to-understand language. I will also take the time to answer your questions and address any concerns that you may have. It's the same level of care that I would want for my own family members.”
