“Good vision is vital to your enjoyment of life. That’s why you want the best possible care should you need treatment for cataracts, glaucoma or diabetic eye disease. For over two decades, I’ve stayed at the forefront of my field in order to provide patients with the safest, proven solutions for these sight threatening conditions. Ultimately, this can improve your overall quality of life.”

L. Allan Eisner, MD

Board-Certified Ophthalmologist with over two decades of experience

“I became fascinated with the whole visual process as a young child because my father was blind in one eye. I wanted to grow up and be able to help people with vision problems. It was during my senior year of high school that I decided to pursue a career in ophthalmology. After earning my medical degree at the McGill University School of Medicine, I completed many years of advanced training, including a residency in Ophthalmology at Georgetown University Medical Center.

“When I started practicing in 1983, my goal was to provide patients with accurate diagnosis and effective treatment of eye disease. Today, I’m proud to say that I’ve upheld these standards by offering the very latest advances in my field. In addition, you’ll feel confident knowing that I am board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.

“Finally, I believe that you deserve highly personalized, one-on-one care... every step of the way. That’s why I will thoroughly explain your condition and your treatment options in simple, easy-to-understand language. I will also take the time to answer your questions and address any concerns that you may have. It’s the same level of care that I would want for my own family members.”
